Experience
I am a psychologist, neuroscientist, teacher, and data scientist with over 25 years of experience teaching and training, consulting, coaching, and leading research teams. I’ve helped people learn about themselves and others, to find their passions and vocations, and navigate the opportunities and hurdles that keep them from becoming their best selves, and helped teams leverage research toward data-informed decisions and create collaborative, productive, and sustainable work environments.
